Since its foundation in 1969 Dynabrade company has earned a reputation and a position of constant leadership in advanced technologies that enable production of unique pneumatic tools for different materials and products.

Dynabrade tools are used for grinding, deburring, sawing off, sanding, polishing and other surface finishing operations, thus meeting the specific needs of many industries for work with wood, plastics, glass, rubber, stone, fiberglass, composites and many other materials.
Continuous Quality Control
Every Dynabrade product undergoes rigorous performance tests at every stage, from design conception through product assembly and packaging, to ensure it meets high standards and customer demands.
Each design of Dynabrade pneumatic tools is based on ergonomics and convenience principles. Such factors as vacuum, vibration, insulation and noise are considered at every stage of tool design process. These factors are critical for research and development of new products.
Dust collection
Particles generated during material processing by grinding may cause eye inflammation and pneumonia depending on dust content and impact. Dynabrade considers this hazard thus producing tools designed to work with central and self-contained dust collection systems which eliminate dust from the operator, pneumatic motor and work surface.
Vibration
All hand-held machines transmit vibration to an operator’s hand while in operation. Operators that work with vibrating machines for extended periods of time risk many types of injury which may include vascular injury, nerve injury, skeletal injury and joint injury. In order to reduce vibration protective features are designed, which include composite housing, rubber buffers and insulated shafts.
Insulation
Cold caused by pneumatic tools may also lead to work-related injuries. Dynabrade manufactures tools with thermal-insulated housings that help prevent cold temperature transmission to the operator, reducing the risk of white finger disease and other injuries.
Noise
High noise level over an extended period of time may damage hearing. Enhancement to muffling system, exhaust overhose protection and tool design factors reduce noise level in the workplace.
